At Mountain, great projects start with great people. We’re excited to share a few team updates as we continue growing and strengthening our team.

Congratulations, Dustin!

Please join us in congratulating Dustin on his promotion to General Superintendent.

Dustin Kaufman
General Superintendent

Dustin has been part of our team since 2018 and brings nearly 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Before joining Mountain, he worked as a masonry foreman, Union Ironworker, and owner of a remodeling company. Over the years, Dustin has managed commercial construction projects throughout the region while building strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, and clients along the way.

As General Superintendent, Dustin oversees our active job sites and supports field operations through scheduling coordination, safety, quality control, manpower planning, and problem-solving in the field. He especially enjoys working alongside field teams to improve efficiency and keep projects moving forward.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, traveling, and taking on outdoor projects.

Welcome, Kari!

We’re also excited to welcome Kari to our team as Senior Project Manager.

Kari Locke
Senior Project Manager

Kari brings more than 12 years of construction project management experience, along with a strong background in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and client relations. Before transitioning into construction project management, Kari worked in healthcare administration and later earned her Master of Construction Business degree from the University of Oklahoma.

As Senior Project Manager, Kari manages projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams throughout the process. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of construction and the opportunity to solve problems while helping projects come together from start to finish.

Outside of work, Kari enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors whenever the sun is shining.
