2025 in Review: What We Built, Learned & Look Forward To

As 2025 wraps up, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year marked by steady growth, standout projects, and continued trust from clients and partners across the region. From milestone builds to expanded capabilities, this year underscored what can be accomplished when great teams work together.

Project Highlights

We were honored to partner on a wide range of impactful projects in 2025—each one built with the same dedication to craftsmanship and collaboration. One standout was The 1900 Food Hall & Rooftop Bar, completed just in time—and in under 10 months from start to finish—for the Washington State Fair’s 125th anniversary. Replacing the longtime International Village, this nearly 30,000-square-foot indoor–outdoor culinary complex includes seven custom kitchens, food court seating, and a rooftop bar and patio overlooking the fairgrounds.

We’re also nearing completion on the Step by Step Foundation’s new Early Learning Center, a project that will support families in the South Sound with hands-on, play-based learning environments designed to nurture growth and curiosity.

Expanding Our Capabilities

Another exciting milestone in 2025 was being selected for the Sanderson Field Building Replacement Project for the Port of Shelton—our second public works contract to date. This 29,900-square-foot pre-engineered metal building marks a continued expansion of our public sector portfolio and will break ground in early 2026.

Investing in Our Team

We’re proud of the work our team accomplished this year and excited to continue building our internal bench. We’ve hired a new Project Manager who will join us in early 2026, bringing additional experience and perspective as we take on increasingly complex work.

Looking Ahead

We’re heading into 2026 with a strong slate of projects—each offering new challenges and opportunities to build with purpose. From creative renovations to large-scale commercial builds, we’re focused on delivering work we’re proud to stand behind.

Thank You

To our team members, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and design partners—thank you for a wonderful year! Your trust and collaboration make our work possible. We’re grateful for your partnership and look forward to building more together in the year ahead.

Here’s to what’s next.
