This building takes full advantage of excellent exposure and access to the I-5 freeway in south Tacoma, making it suitable for office, technology or light warehousing occupancies.

In front, the architect utilized stepped walls, metal canopies and external columns to create a modern, professional appearance. In the rear, cut-outs are sized to accommodate either overhead doors or additional storefront window / door systems as required by tenants.

The building is constructed for durability with steel roof decking and high-quality roofing atop concrete tilt-up walls with a high-quality industrial paint coating. The original tenant improvements were completed for high-tech companies on both floors.
