Parker Johnstone is one of professional racing’s most popular and winning drivers with seven championships and fifty-four wins. A successful career followed as a television commentator on professional race broadcasts. Now teamed with Honda, auto dealer Bruce Titus, and investors John and J.B. Dimmer, Johnstone adds automobile dealer to his resume.

Real estate and project management services were provided through Mountain Construction affiliate, Northwest Investment Properties. The project presented complex planning and design challenges to reconcile extraordinary city requirements with Honda criteria. For example, a 1.35 acre enclosed vehicle storage area addressed a city code prohibiting outside display of retail goods – including automobiles.
