Northwest Motorsport is a regional dealership that focuses on sales of trucks of many types. The design concept is intended to maximize freeway visibility while making the most efficient use of an existing parking lot located along State Route 167.
The new 7,500 SF dealership includes a showroom and offices to promote Northwest Motorsport’s premium trucks and vehicles. The site provides a display area for approximately 110 vehicles.
The design combines Pacific Northwest architectural elements with metal to reflect the rugged Northwest Motorsport signature style. The site maximizes its noticeable location next to SR 167 by showcasing some of its premium vehicles on rock outcroppings for dramatic effect.
