Marine Lumber Market is a 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building in Seattle that consolidates two existing Marine Lumber locations into one centralized facility. Designed by Sitts & Hill and constructed in partnership with Pacific Building Systems, the new building supports greater operational efficiency while creating a streamlined experience for customers and staff.

As General Contractor, Mountain Construction managed all aspects of project coordination, including subcontractors, schedule, budget, and collaboration with the owner and design team. The project also required close coordination with the City of Seattle throughout the permitting and construction process.

The new facility provides Marine Lumber with a durable, purpose-built space designed to support its continued growth and long-term success.
