Tacoma’s Busch family-operated restaurants in Tacoma for nearly 50 years, and developed a number of real estate projects along the way. One project is the 13 acre commercial property at 6th and Orchard anchored by a 106,000 sf K-Mart store.

In 2004, the family’s interests returned to development and they engaged Mountain Construction to complete the property, beginning with a new retail building on the corner. We retained Helix Design Group, who worked with Aubree Busch and our staff to design a uniquely high-end multi-tenant retail building featuring rich textures and colors, patios, and a drive-through window.
