Mountain Construction was engaged to perform a full site improvement with a new retail/medical building on this highly visible corner.  The exterior finish is a mix of brick and stucco with a decorative parapet cap.  The single-story wood construction has storefront windows and steel canopies.  Off-site improvements included a new sewer main, asphalt street, and new sidewalks.
