The Washington State Auto Dealers Association sought to create a new headquarters that would convey a Northwest contemporary, upscale feel while providing a very functional building and cost-effective structure for use by their members. Mountain Construction was selected to lead this team-build project based on our extensive track record of bringing projects like this into completion on time and on budget.
The building contains offices, meeting and training rooms, and a kitchen with limited catering capabilities. The large lobby doubles as a vehicle display area. The site required complete development that included an onsite storm system that collects stormwater from the impervious areas. The water collected from the roof of the new building is directed to the onsite bio-retention cell where it is filtered and routed to the onsite storm system. New irrigation and landscaping were also added to complete the project.
