In a new, ground-up construction project, Mountain built a Starbucks in downtown Fife, right across the street from city hall. This Starbucks location is the first two lane drive thru Starbucks in Washington state. In building the exterior, we utilized stone, glass, and Resysta siding and added sidewalk frontage and landscaping improvements. On this new construction build, Mountain also installed storm water detention and brought in gas, water, and electric services. We partnered with both the owner and Starbucks’ corporate construction management team to deliver the project on time while satisfying all parties.
