Mountain built two new wood framed single-story shell commercial buildings on a prime retail corner of Meridian and 156th St. The buildings have been occupied by Amazon Go and Dental Care of South Puyallup. The buildings are modern but warm and inviting. With low maintenance features included charcoal ground faced masonry block, prefinished siding panels and lap siding to look like stained wood. Generous steel canopies at the building walkways and a lot of storefront glass. Other features include new asphalt parking lots, car chargers, robust trash enclosures with matching features, beautiful landscaping, well-designed underground storm system and a new City sidewalk along 156th street.
