KSTW-TV, Viacom Broadcasting’s UPN affiliate station in the Seattle market, required an accelerated schedule and single-point accountability for their strategic move to King County.
Working with local and national Viacom personnel, Mountain provided budget evaluations for potential sites and recommended design-build as the best method to meet the client’s requirements. Mountain personnel and mechanical-electrical subcontractors worked closely with the client to develop detailed drawings, and obtain necessary permits.
Construction required extraordinary coordination with the client as they installed cable infrastructure and equipment for telephone, data, and broadcast systems. Mountain Construction’s highly skilled craftspeople performed the concrete, framing, and finish carpentry work.
