Mountain’s core field trades include minor demolition, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, steel erection, steel fabrication and minor site work. For supervisors, we seek experienced team players and problem solvers. Our screening process includes drug testing, experience review, personal interviews and an on-the-job probationary evaluation.
