State gets first new platinum building

The headquarters of the Washington Public Utility Districts Association in Olympia has become the first new construction project in the state to be rated LEED platinum, according to the U.S. Green Building Council.

Mountain Construction is proud to announce the WPUDA Building is winner of the 2008 AGC BUILD WASHINGTON Award in the Green Building Category.  Award ceremonies will be held May 21st at the Seattle Art Museum.

Build Washington is an annual award competition of the Associated General Contractors of Washington.
