Mountain Construction field superintendents combine the roles of working craftsperson, supervisor, schedule coordinator, buyer, leader and teacher. They are responsible for running job sites so that projects are completed safely while achieving cost, schedule and quality objectives.

Mountain Construction’s field craft work force includes, journey level carpenters and ironworkers, apprentices, and laborers, along with certain specialty personnel such as equipment operators and a few skilled with drywall and paint. We accept applications year-round
When accepting applications for craft labor positions, we require all potential employees to apply in person and fill out an application form at our office. To do so, stop by our main office between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
