Featured Project - Griot's Garage - Winner of Judges Award in NAIOP Night of the Stars

Mountain Construction recently completed Griot's Garage, an adaptive renovation of the former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant at 38th & Lawrence in Tacoma.

This stunning project is filled with creative car-theme details, and features Griot's Flagship Retail Store, Car Care School, Headquarters, Call-Center, as well as gathering and event spaces.

Our design-build team included Helix Design Group, PCS Structural Solutions, and Petra Engineering.
